Kara: I received the 8lb pink kettlebell and everything was fine with it upon arrival

I received the 8lb pink kettlebell and everything was fine with it upon arrival. The vinyl coating is smooth consistent it s a good Kettlebell. But within two uses, the handle began to chip it now scratches the hand when used. I have emailed the seller amazon received nothing back. I understand things happen and sometimes products have issues, but it s very frustrating when you are unable to get an answer on exchanging a product. I own several Kettlebells and all of them have held up fine so I m fairly certain it was a fluke item, but I would have liked the chance to exchange it.
