Tamerin: Good kid kettlebell

It made me nervous watching my 14 year old daughter swing my kettlebells, I was worried about her dropping them on the hardwood floor, have it fly off into the plasma screen, or worst of all, land on her foot Being a soft item, this is hopefully a bit more forgiving than an iron bell. And my daughter loves it While this is great for a young teen, if you are an adult of average strength and or already accustomed to traditional kettlebells, just stick to the regular iron bells. It just doesn t have the same feel to it as a regular kettlebell and not nearly as versatile. Also, the handle has a seam on it that could get uncomfortable after doing more than a few cleans. But if you primarily just do swings like my daughter does, this is just fine.
