I bought this knife as a work knife for my husband and liked it so well that I purchased another for myself. They are very nice in appearance, you d never know at first sight that the handles are synthetic since the jigged part looks like real jigged bone. They feel smooth are sturdy but quite thin and well balanced in the hand, I find them easy to open and close but not too easily opened as to be sloppy. They have a great snap which means a good back spring, so some with weak hands may have trouble opening, but that goes for all pocketknives. I have very small hands and have no problem. All the pins are ground and polished and are flush with the handle. The knife is a looker and I love the shape of the bolsters especially. Nothing beats a good Hawkbill and these are exceptional. Glad I bought two of them. If hubby puts his down long enough, I might heist it too. One for each pocket.Read full 3 ratings for Case Cutlery 36322 Hawkbill Pruner Knife with Rugged Jigged Synthetic Handle, Cream Black at Amazon Reviews
