Knezevich: Good little workout

This is a nice kettle-bell. It fits nicely in my hand, and the covering doesn t let it mar my wood floor. When I first did the DVD, I thought, why are they taking such a long break between exercises The next day, I realized why, LOL. This is ideal for first-time kettle-bellers to get used to this format of exercise.
