Another nice addition to the home gymThis is a nice affordable Sissy Squat stand for those looking to blast the Quads in a new way. The stand is light yet fairly sturdy. The standing platform could use some more support underneath since the platform sinks slightly when you stand on it. I may weld a cross member underneath to satisfy my own particular desires we ll see after some good workouts on it. The padding seems adequate both for the ankles and the back of the legs. I won t be using the push-up handles since I have other devices to use for push-ups. The front two screw on suction cup feet seem unnecessary but I installed them anyway. Assembly is very easy. 1 insert calve pad post and the adjustment knob, 2 install the adjustment knob for the ankle pads and 3 install the screw-on front suction cup feet.
