Perfect for the money.I am very pleased with this purchase overall. While it isn t as fancy or as accurate as a higher end rower, for the price and function, this piece of equipment has been everything I need it to be. You can set it lower resistance for long rows or you can up the resistance for those hard Sprint intervals. Whatever you re after this rower will get you where you need to be without breaking the bank. Hope this helps someone.
