Johnnyskyfox: Great Order two, it s worth it

My program currently calls for deadlifting heavy 85 1RM at least once per week, and occasionally three times per week. Each of these sessions involves 4 warm-up sets followed by 3 working sets 7 sets total . Also, my brother is my workout partner, and he has a very different working weight than I do, which means we are constantly pulling and adding several 45LB plates every set for 14 total sets... Not fun haha
