provides a good cardio workoutI was a bit nervous to buy a product with zero reviews, but I m very happy with my elliptcal machine from Elevtab I decided to try it. This is a very quiet machine. It s is as sturdy as a gym elliptical, but at the same time it s not rickety. It has phone holder and allows me to watch something on my phone or iPad while working out. The seat is useful, I have a TV in the home gym, so that s I can sit on the elliptical machine and watching something. The machine allows you to pedal forward and backward, which is a huge plus. I m very happy with this purchase.
