Love this Flex Bike. Full workout of upper body and lower body with minimal effort. Great for seniors or anybody who doesn t want to go to a gym health club. Younger generation can get a good work out too as it provides levels of tension. Give you your pulse, calories burned, distance traveled, MPH, time of your workout and odometer realding.
