Excellent bike for PT at home or low-impact longer sessions in front of the TV, despite some cheap plastic non-problem areasAlthough some of the plastic damage is due to inadequate packaging too little side protection and old-style styrofoam instead of rigid foam , the main problem with all the housing is that it s made of a brittle kind of plastic instead of something more durable. Ex A softer Rubbermaid-like material in several places would have avoided these problems, but fortunately none of them impede the operation nor create any safety issues -- they re just ugly superficial cracks and holes now. I m glad to report that the problems end there.
