Good buy for the moneyThe machine has several features I really like. The board tilt has 3 stops to allow you to go to 20 degrees and stop for your initial acclimation, then adjust to 40 degrees and on to 60 before you really are vertical. The foot clamp handle is easy to reach once closed for inclining. The board or Bed is amply wide to accomadate most people.
