Very sturdy very strongOne of the best racks on the market and you can t beat the price The installation was easy....had it setup within 5-10 minutes. It is very sturdy and handles weight well. I can do pull-ups and it doesn t wobble....I can do dips and it doesn t wobble....it has more than enough strength to handle any weight that I put on the barbell. My wife even commented on how nice it was. I did tons of research on different racks and I couldn t be happier with my purchase.
