I try just about everything when it comes to work out equipment. This will tire your legs out fast. It will give a work out so decent that you won t be able to deny it, but will struggle to keep going because it will wear your legs out so fast. That s for a beginner anyways. If you run a marathon I m not sure the sort of work out this will give you. But if you re just starting out and want to build up leg strength endurance I have to recommend this. Easy to put together... stores nice enough in the corner of your room. It s a nice piece of equipment. It s stable, it s not wobbly as some have suggested.
