Tried a 2000 vibration machine at Costco and really liked it but wasn t going to pay that kind of money. Bought this and it feels about the same as the more expensive unit. My right hip normally feels jammed and gets very uncomfortable when I sit for a prolonged period - after 3 times on the machine bending forward with knees straight and upper body supported with pillows on kitchen table that jammed feeling is gone. Took a long 7 hour drive that would normally leave my lower back feeling really compressed and felt fine. After doing squats in the gym I could hardly move my legs the next day, 2x on this and soreness gone. Really perks me up when I use it and I think all the vibration helps the prostate too.
