Lotus: Rower doesn t work. NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANUFACTURER

I bought this rower with high expectations six months ago. The pulleys attached to the water holder and the bottom of the rower don t have any tension. Also it is extremely tight to pull. In addition to the pulleys, the blades in the water container don t move smoothly. It jerks when pulled. Overall the rower is not working. I ve contacted the manufacturer, sent them pictures and video. NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANUFACTURER since then.
