These are great bandsI bought this pull up assist band thinking it would be a small step up from tying a bunch of resistance bands together while I tried to do a pull up. Once I got them, I was pleasantly surprised to see that these were thick, sturdy bands that could easily support me without me being worried about snapping them. The whole setup is well made with the strap having reinforced stitching that lets you adjust where you want to hook the carabiner to add more or less of a challenge. Also, it came with a nice little bag that you can store the band in when you re done. Overall, I was very pleased with this purchase
