I have been using this sissy squat machine for over 2 weeks now. I dont have lots of time to go to the gym due to my work schedule. This machine was the best option for me doing squat at home safely and correctly. First of all, the packing box was large but was not too bad to fit in the backsit of my four door sedan. There are only 3 parts that you need to assemble to make it work the pad, the nod, and the protective leg cover. The machine does come with two resistance bands. You can tie it on to something stable and your upper body to have some protection and resistance. Personaly, I just like to hold a 25lbs dumb bell in my hand and squat with it. The machine is not very space taking. I can easily store it at any corner or in my garage. It is little bigger than a flight carry on luggage. The machine also has a wheel so you can easily push it to wherever you want. It is very light weight but stable to use. I use this machine to do home high intensity training. I would do 10 pull ups, 15 burpees, 30 push ups, and finish with squats using this sissy squat machine. Overall, I am very satisfing with this product. It has everything I needed. However, the instruction come with the machine are too simple and did not have any guidance for how to use this machine.
