Decent Rowing Machine and worth the PriceFirst off, I am really glad I decided to buy this rowing machine It is fairly quiet, smooth when pulling and gliding, and gives a pretty decent workout if you do workout long enough. I do feel the tension is a bit weaker compared to most rowing machines I ve used, especially at the gyms I ve gone too. However, all you need to do is work out a bit longer on the machine and it will give you jelly legs on tension 8 which is what I use and row for 30 to 60 minutes . I also bought TORRAS Magnetic Car Mount, 360 Rotation Car Phone Holder for Dashboard Cell Phone to put on the end of it so I could put my cell phone there to watch a video or listen to music to help get in the rowing groove Overall though I would recommend this to anyone, especially if they are coming back from any type of injury as well because the tensions are light enough to the point I feel you re not going to strain the muscles as much as you would with a gym rowing machine and it has actually helped with the bicep tendonitis that I tend to get. This machine is totally worth the money and easy to put together yourself Also, with a good diet, and some time, you re going to shred away the body fat and slim down pretty quickly, especially if you re rowing correctly.
