This is simply the best Kettlebell or any other workout on the planet. This system builds power, strength, flexibility, cardio, core and hip strength and endurance. At level 4 the entire workout warm-up and stretching is 40-45 minutes. Where else is this possible in this amount of time I ve done every DVD out there and have been cardio weight training for over 30 years. I can say with assurance that no program can touch this one. It s not even close. Want more of a challenge Up the weight and you will get the cardio workout of a lifetime. A small room and 4 to 5 bells get you started. I am also a member of virtual Skogg and in my mind no workouts out there are better than these. If one does different workouts every time they will NEVER plateau. This guys an expert. Highly recommend
