I ve had the bike for a couple months now and ride about 10 miles a day, 5 days a week, half hour each ride. I mostly use HIIT on tension 16 but I ve also done Fat Burn and Cardio, with highest tension 20. The bike handles the tension well and is very sturdy. I never feel like I m pushing it beyond it s limits, even doing 100rpm on the lower tensions and 75-85 on the higher ones. I also love how it connects to the SOLE app on my phone to track my progress. The seat is super comfortable and the LCD has a lot of good features. Yes it could use more programs, but I d take less programs for a better bike any day and this bike is solid for the price.
