Flimsy plateI ordered one of these to compliment a single Bigger Faster Stronger 25lb bumper that I was given. The price was right but you get what you pay for. When dropping a 95lb barbell from overhead snatch jerk etc with this plate and my other one, this stops dead on the ground and dents, where as my other plate innocently bounces back up to my shin-line. This is a poor choice for Crossfit workouts where you may be releasing the barbell from shoulder overhead height.
