Most helpful back aid I ve ever usedI originally bought this for my Son, who has extreme Scullions. His condition is so severe however that when he used it, he hurt himself. We later found out that this therapy wasn t recommended for this extreme of a spinal condition. Fortunately my Son does yoga and was able to correct the pain that he experienced with the Teeter.
