Surprisingly ExcellentI wasn t sure about these but figured for the price we d give it a try. I weigh 207lbs and I m 6 2 and these things felt super solid on my legs and held without a shudder. I was pleasantly impressed. You ll want a yoga strap or something tied around your hanging bar to help pull yourself back up after you ve been hanging for awhile. The first time I used them I was so tense I felt no loosening of my muscles as I tried it out. Subsequent sessions proved to help loosen my back and hips. You can talk about more clasps and stronger hinges and the like but I find the simplicity of this product to be an asset.
