Strong and love the adjustability. The only downside is if someone gets on it and kicks the front it ll knock the board out of the slat and it will drop. Has only happened a couple times and it s when someone s bodyweight isn t on it. Our training clients love it and stand on it often. Very good for their super tight calves. The lower levels are even useful for those with injuries or severe limitations. Most of the time we use the second from the top spot. Only a couple people can use the top spot. that s some killer flexibility .
