I was very excited to purchase this attachment, as I recently made myself a home gym and instead of buying every attachment out there I wanted something multi-purposed. After 2 weeks I had not heard or received my product and wrote a email to the company. The sales rep was prompt in her response and even quicker with straighting out the mistake. I not only got a email back the very same day, I received my bar the NEXT day Mistakes happen in this world people, businesses are no different, but when they make such a awesome attampt to please the customer it should not go undocumented Excellent product solid steel and high quality rubber grips. I am a powerlifter and it is taking a beating and its still good to go. Strongly recommend
