Great piece of equipment. But caution needs to be taken.This is a great product. However additional support is needed when in the lower position. There are two square tubes that protrude and when I was doing leg lifts they punched two holes through my drywall. The instructions say nothing about this possibly happening. Being a handy person I can fix the wall. You need to add additional plywood or something to support the weight. Other than that this is a great addition to my garage gym.
