Had issues at first but company took care of meJust tested this bar today, at first I was hesitant, when i first unpacked it the sleeves were shaky. I tried to tighten but they were still shaky. When I did my deadlifts I was surprised, the bar felt sturdy while lifting 360lbs. After I was done and removed the weights I saw that several metal shavings from the silver coating were falling from the sleeves. The last thing i want to do after working out is sweep up silver shavings off the floor. I would not recommend this to do snatches, overhead presses or bench presses because you may get shavings in your eye. If you need an extra bar for deadlifts and dont mind the shaving get this because the price is good and it is a sturdy bar. For everything else spend the extra cash and buy a quality bar. Also the description on amazon about the sleeves as Smooth swiveling sleeves that prevent warping or deformation the sleeves are not smooth you can clearly see grooves it the sleeves.
