I am a 70 year old man with a lifetime of fitness experience. I have used numerous brands of weights over the years, and have to say, YORK BARBELL COMPANY MAKES THE BEST. I recently resumed light weight training and am glad I did. I forgot how good it feels. First I purchased a few light plates to go with my 5 foot Olympic bar, and was disappointed in the quality and accuracy with a few of the common brands Amazon carries. Well, after returning and exchanging plates, this time around I decided to look up my old favorite, YORK. I just received two ten lb. plates today, and couldn t believe how beautifully made and accurate they are. PERFECT. If you re serious about quality weights, get YORK.
