Stable and strong. Exactly what I was hoping for.The bench is super stable and feels very sturdy I am 210lbs. It comes assembled so all you have to do is unfold it. I was worried I wouldn t be able to use it since I m still struggling with getting up in to a hand stand and I can t do a normal handstand, but after 5 minutes, I was up. The pad is very nice and I had no discomfort it my shoulders. I only just got the bench, so I can t speak to its durability, but first impressions are very positive. The only reason I didn t give it 5 stars, is every now and then it makes a pop noise, which sounds worrisome, but doesn t seem to be anything bad happening.
