The Jet 430 provides a great low-impact cardiovascular workout, whilst the 8 levels of manual resistance allow you to develop your muscular endurance. The 7kg flywheel gives a smooth motion for both the cushioned footplates and dual action handlebars, to allow you to really push your workouts, with minimal noise and minimal impact on joints. The fixed handlebars have hand grip pulse sensors to monitor your heart rate throughout your workout. ZjetBox came completely demolished, big gaping hole so I was bound to be missing a part, however getting the replacement was simple. They won t send you just the part, you have to get the whole thing again. They said they would pick up the old one, however I guess they expected to do that at the same time as dropping off the original one even though I said I couldn t do that and wasn t aware so I wasn t home at time of delivery so I ended up getting help and dropping it off at a drop off center. Set up overall was probably about an hour to an hour and a half, two people. Product is heavy and feels durable however mine isn t even so I have some cardboard under one side.
